1. What is contained in our salvation packs? And how much to put one pack together?

Currently, our Salvation Packs cost us about $10 to put together with all contents and delivery, so for every $10 donated we allocate to build one pack.  The more volume we do the lower the cost it will be per pack.

2. What percentage of my donation goes to the cause?
We give 100% of your donation to fund Project Kingdom. Selfless service is what drives Project Kingdom, all our volunteers are not paid for the services that they render, they offer their services willingly and free of charge. This helps us use your donations to cover for the payment for the production, shipping, etc. of the items that are included in the salvation packs.

3. How secure is your online donation form?
Our website is secured with the latest technology platform and all payments are made via our PayPal or credit card payment gateways. Your credit card data is always encrypted when it’s captured online. You can be assured that your personal information will not be shared with a third party and we will never have access to your credit card numbers other than the last 4 digits for verification and update purposes.

4. Can I get a refund on a donation I made mistakenly?
Yes, charge-backs occasionally happen and we totally understand and know how to deal with such situations. You can be assured that you will get a refund in full or in the amount that you specify within 3-5 business days.  

5. How do I volunteer for your cause?
We love volunteers! You can volunteer with Project Kingdom by filling out the “volunteer application” form on our volunteer page. You will need to include your specific talents, skills or resources that you can contribute to the cause.

6. What is the EIN for your nonprofit?
Project Kingdom is an exempt organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code EIN number 82-4082448.
